The Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is an organization formed to facilitate cooperation and compensation between brokers. The organization provides a variety of tools to further this cooperation amongst brokers such as a listing database (Matrix), showing services (Showing Time), document management (Transaction Desk) along with other tools.
